Get ready for Lake Norman’s premier fitness showdown! Fit Fest 2025 is a high-energy, community-powered competition hosted by CrossFit DHF and Denver Health & Fitness. This annual event brings together athletes of all levels for a weekend of strength, speed, endurance, and FUN!

JOIN US AT FIT FEST 2025!

Teams of four will battle through dynamic workouts designed to test overall fitness while celebrating camaraderie and competitive spirit.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or just love a good challenge, there’s a division for you!

Team Divisions Include:

Advanced Coed: MMFF
RX: MMMM or FFFF
Masters Coed: MMFF
Masters: MMMM or FFFF
Intermediate: MMFF, MMMM, FFFF
Scaled: MMMM or FFFF
