We are Denver’s leading 24-hour fitness club with plenty of cardio equipment including treadmills, stair climbers, rowers, AMTs, ellipticals, ARC trainers, more. Many of our cardio machines have integrated personal TVs for your entertainment.
Enjoy more than 1,500 classes a month including Zumba, yoga, sports conditioning, H.I.I.T, Les Mills programs. cycling and more. We even have training classes on our outdoor turf and a Silver Sneakers program for our seniors.
A regular strength training routine is an integral component of fitness. Regular strength training helps to develop strong, lean muscle, improve your metabolism and burn fat, prevent injury, improve mobility and range of motion–all to enhance the quality of life.
